This data contains features that represent identified advanced finance or reimbursement districts in the City of Grants Pass. <\/SPAN>An Advance Finance District / Reimbursement District is a contingent liability on a property within a district formed by the City to permit the installer of public improvements to recover some portion of the installation cost for public improvements that are constructed adjacent to intervening properties. Public improvements include but are not limited to the following:<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

  1. 1) Street Improvements, installation of curbs, gutter or sidewalks,<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI>

  2. 2) Installation of public water mains and appurtenances,<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI>

  3. 3) Installation of public sewer mains and appurtenances,<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI>

  4. 4) Installation of storm drain facilities,<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI>

  5. 5) Installation of traffic control devices, including traffic signals.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><\/OL>

    Reimbursements are delivered to the developer for a period of 15 years from the date of final ordinance adoption. If the district was formed by the City (public), then reimbursements are collected in perpetuity.<\/SPAN><\/P>
