This data contains features that represent properties with Deferred Development Agreements (DDA's) with the City of Grants Pass. The DDA is a contract between the City and the property owner that allows a current land use action or development to occur, permitting the owner to delay the installation of specified improvements. The DDA identifies specific improvements for which a property is bound, such as streets, sidewalks, or utility lines.<\/SPAN><\/P>

The agreements are recorded on the title to the property and \u201crun with the land\u201d. Future owners of the property are bound in the same manner as the original signer of the agreement.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

The DDA program has been replaced by the Fee In Lieu (FIL) program.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>
