A signed Fee in Lieu Agreement (FIL), together with the payment of a one-time assessed fee, is accepted for any public improvements required by the Director, Hearings Officer, Urban Area Planning Commission or City Council which are part of a conditional approval for an application for a Development Permit and are not feasible to install at the time of application. Public improvements include but are not limited to the following:<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>
